In some cases it is not a tattoo touch up that is required, you may just need a fresh tine and wax to brighten the colour.

This is a tricky one, there are multiple factors that come into play when touching up another artist’s work, if the brow is too saturated with pigment, meaning no more pigment will fit in the skin, then we may require a course of removal first.

If the pigment used is of low quality and or a body art ink, then a colour correction or removal may be required and if there is scar tissue then needling may be required before the tattoo process.

So in short Yes, I can touch up another Artist's work, however, it may not be as simple as just adding more colour.
