Consultations and Bookings

In some cases, a face-to-face consultation and patch test are required before the treatment can take place. This will be discussed with you upon receipt of the “Am I a suitable candidate form.”

Deposits are required for all bookings, Due to prepayment of prescribed compounded anesthetics and disposables for you specifically all deposits are non-refundable.

As our services are in high demand, we have implemented a strict “no show” and cancellation policy; please see our terms and conditions below. Upon booking your procedure, we require a $100 deposit to secure your appointment payable within 72 hours of your booking confirmation.

Without this deposit, your booking will not be secure and may result in the loss of that particular appointment time.

An email confirmation will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment. This is the time to either confirm or reschedule

Afterpay

We offer Afterpay on cosmetic tattoos including Brow tattoo, Lip Tattoo, and Eyeliner

We Also offer Afterpay on paramedical and Scalp micropigmentation however offer Zip pay as an alternative to smaller repayments.

Zip Pay

We offer Zip pay on cosmetic tattoos including Brow tattoo, Lip Tattoo, and Eyeliner, and Paramedical tattoo procedures including scar tattoo, stretch mark tattoo, and scalp micropigmentation.

To pay your procedure in full with Zippay or Afterpay please note in your “Am I a suitable candidate form” and we will contact you to organize the payment

Cancellations and Non-attendance

Booking Deposit refunds will only be given if at least 7 days written cancellation notice (by e-mail or text) is received and are subject to a $30 Admin Fee. Clients who do not attend or cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full Booking Deposit of $100 of the appointment's cost.


Refund policy

As there is no guarantee with medical procedures it is essential that the patient understands procedures are not an exact science. Every human body is different and may react differently. Whatever the outcome, the product and or service has been provided, and it is therefore not possible for True Skin Clinic to refund Procedure Fees. This is non-negotiable. True Skin Clinic will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests, however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.

Minors and Companions

Cosmetic tattoos and Paramedical tattoos require the full concentration of your aesthetician. In the interest of you receiving her undivided attention, as well as hygiene and health & safety reasons, children and minors are not permitted in the studio during a procedure. They also, unfortunately, cannot be left unattended outside of the studio. We, therefore, request that you make suitable arrangements for off-site childcare.

Unless by prior arrangement, companions or drivers are also not permitted in the studio during a consultation or procedure as it is distracting for both you and your aesthetician. They will be asked to wait in the waiting area.

We kindly ask that mobile phones and other portable devices be switched off for the appointment's entire duration. Treatments can last up to 2 hours, and these requests are made so that you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment whilst your aesthetician gives you her best and undivided attention. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated!

Covid 19

Due to Covid19 restrictions, we ask that you come with your own face mask.

If you are early, please wait outside or in your car for your scheduled appointment time.

Attend your appointment on your own as we limit the number of people in the studio.

If you have visited a Covid19 hotspot within the last 14 days, have been in contact with anyone from a hotspot or anyone positive for Covid19, have recently arrived back from overseas, or have any symptoms of Covid19, 

Do not attend your appointment. Please call the studio, and we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a suitable time.
